Actually there was no suggestion that it would be for Mini's (support race only)!

Brian, I've listened to what you've said. You have obviously no idea of the marketplace and what the consumer want.

On that basis "I'm oot"

Marketplace? Consumer? All sounds like a high powered sales meeting at Ikea if you ask me. I thought we were meant to have fun with these toy cars that we play with

My concern is that we need to attract new drivers if possible and the Mini's would be the ideal class for them. At the same time those who want to take it more seriously, if I can put it like that, would (if numbers allow) be happier in their own heat forming an F1 grid as Simon suggested.
It is dependant on numbers , not only in Mini's but in the other classes as well. In other words if there are enough heats of T/C's then there will only be one heat of Mini's and one of WGT's. In the case of Mini's that may well mean a grid of more than 10 cars which is not a problem logistically as we have the transponders to do it. In practice it may be different!

Maybe we could utilize minis and TCs in the enduro. Maybe two of each in a team??

It was in jest. :D

I am looking forward to piloting Rhys's new tc in the endurance meeting.

(Otherwise i will be using a shortened, slightly modified, and somewhat unstable tt01! )
