F1 in practice

Postby mutley001 » Sat May 30, 2015 8:55 pm

Hi guys
I've just bought an X-ray F1 can and wondered if it would be ok to turn a few laps in practice tomorrow before the racing starts or during the sort for the finals?
Oh and hope to Run GT 12 for the fist time too so any tips please let me know!
Cheers

Thanks for letting me run the F1 in practice today - had a great time once I got some additive on the tyres!
Great meeting as usual - I won't leave it so long next time to visit again!
Cheers

Hi Paul,

No problem.
We did used to run F1 but interest died out after a while. Shame, as they look really good on the track.

If I can get some drivers to come along do you think we could get a heat together Brian?
I know the issue is time.
If not am happy to run it just in practice when I come down if that's ok for future meetings too?
Thanks again for a great mornings meeting - fun and friendly as usual!

Hi Paul,

Yes, time is the issue for us.
However, we could easily have fitted in a heat of F1's last Sunday as there was enough free time.
On that basis why not try to get some together for next meeting and see if it's popular?
I think summer is the best time to try it out as we will be much busier in the winter.
