BTCC - Eastbourne 27th July

Postby THancock » Mon Jun 30, 2008 1:37 pm

In case some of you didn't already know, the Schumacher BTCC series reaches Eastbourne on the 27th July.

There are classes for 27t brushed, 13.5 brushless, 19t/10.5 pro-stock and 5 cell mod so it mirrors what is run at West Kent quite nicely.

If you want to race, you can book in at central booking (http://www.centralbooking.org) usually up to one week before the date although the Southend round had entries open up to the preceeding Wednesday.

The rules can be found here - http://www.racing-cars.com/forum/forum_ ... =8122&PN=1

Hope to see some of you there.

Getting close now chaps, booking in time is nearly closed. But don't worry you can book in via email if you miss the cut off.

You have all got the right motors for the classes, and you all have sorex tyres left from the winter series too...

So no excuses, get down, have a bit of a laugh, and buy a burger

Give us a date then chap, and we'll have the James Brooker Open.... ;)

No seriously, what about a small interclub champ. 2 rounds, 1 at each track, sort some teams out... ?

Somehow we have managed to get ourselves a longer than normal break between the end of our summer championship and beginning of the winter series.
There have been some ideas floating around as to how the time can be filled and that was one suggestion.

Perhaps get Jevon @ Brooklands involved as well and we can have a three way championship.
Either way we can sort something out.
